This vase was handbuilt from a red stoneware slab.  The red decoration on the front was painted on with a clay slip. The inside of the vase is glazed with a speckled lucious brown. The pot was sodafired, which left a beautiful brown orange peel textured glaze on its surface. 

6” high x 6.5” long x 2.3” wide
